1. Party B must have more than 2 years of door and window management experience; store and exhibition hall unified image and business model. Party B shall set up an exhibition hall in the authorized business area in accordance with the unified business model stipulated by Party A. The exhibition hall shall be operated in accordance with the requirements of “Easy”, and the sample display shall be arranged according to the drawing design.

2. Party B must have the brand operation and promotion capabilities and recognize Party A's business philosophy. There should be a fixed business premises and equipped with basic office facilities such as computers, telephones, faxes, and broadband.

3. The exhibition hall must be equipped with full-time sales staff and store sales personnel with management experience. Should have a certain marketing experience, familiar with the construction, decoration and building materials industry, and have plans to further develop online sales in the marketing area.
